Look around, everyone is having bar-b-ques. Along with bar-b-ques comes watermelon, another American tradition.
I just heard a story about the word watermelon, and what each letter means. It’s something I think we all need to think about on this Labor Day and be greatfull for, for so I’m sharing it with you.

E – Enthusiasm
R – Respect yourself as well as others
M – Make commitments, not excuses
E – Everyday can be a fun day – LAUGH
L – Love
O – One day at a time
N – Never give up!!
